About David
David Sanchez is a Long Beach native, REALTOR® and the founder of the Living CA Realty Team, brokered by eXp Realty. Licensed since 2017, he has built his business on putting education first and never pressuring clients, serving buyers and sellers across Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Oceanside.
Before real estate, David spent 18 years in luxury retail at Nordstrom, with roles that included Designer Shoes Buyer, Store Manager and Regional Manager. He brings that focus on service to every transaction.
He works with first-time homebuyers, downsizers, buyers moving up, and sellers of homes and condos. He also hosts free monthly home buyer seminars, in person and on Zoom, so clients can learn the process before they make a move.
A Long Beach native who attended Cal State Long Beach, David has lived in many different Long Beach neighborhoods. Outside of real estate, he brings people together through golf, paddleboarding, beach cleanups and community events, and many clients first meet him at one of them.
