Growing up moving around a lot, David learned early on that home isn't just a place, it's everything. That personal connection to the idea of putting down roots is what drives him every day. As a Long Beach native and CSULB graduate, he has lived in more neighborhoods here than he can count and knows the city inside and out. But his knowledge runs up and down the Southern California coast, from Santa Barbara and Ventura all the way through LA, Orange County, and into the Oceanside area.

David specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, and sellers of homes and condos throughout his service areas. He also hosts free bi-weekly homebuyer and seller seminars so clients can learn the process in a clear and simple way before they make a move. Kimberly has been in real estate for five years and loves bringing education into her real estate transactions. Based out of Long Beach and specializing in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, she aims to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible.

After growing up in Texas and living in New York City, she can appreciate the need for the hustle and bustle of city life, as well as the desire for privacy and nature. Knowing that real estate lives and dies by the contract, Kimberly strives to keep her clients educated on the ins and outs of the transactions by understanding the various forms and nuances in a real estate transaction. Some of her favorite clients are first-time homebuyers and those relocating from out of state.

When not making home ownership dreams come true, she enjoys spending time with her dog, friends, and family at the beach, managing several Meetup groups in Long Beach, and volunteering at the Aquarium of the Pacific.
