David Sanchez is a Long Beach REALTOR and the founder of the Living CA Realty Team, brokered by eXp Realty. Licensed since 2017, he has built his business on putting education first and never pressuring clients, serving buyers and sellers across Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Oceanside.
 
A Long Beach native and CSULB graduate, David has lived in more neighborhoods here than he can count, and he knows the coast from Santa Barbara and Ventura down through Orange County and Oceanside.
 
He works with first-time homebuyers, downsizers, buyers moving up, and sellers of homes and condos. He also hosts free monthly home buyer seminars, in person and on Zoom, so clients can learn the process before they make a move.
